		<description>Great advice!  It has been terribly hot here lately and I&#039;ve had to restrict my outdoor time in a big way.  Spending even 10-15 minutes in the heat makes me ill these days.&lt;br /&gt;

As much as I hate to admit it, it really is important for pregnant women to remember that they just aren&#039;t as strong and cannot tolerate heat and stress like they once could when they weren&#039;t pregnant. </description>
