Exercise and pregnancy – you’re probably thinking that those are two words that do not sound like they should go together. But with all the cravings and eating for two, a little exercise is a good thing. Don’t forget; I’m not a doctor, so you probably should check with your doctor before beginning any major exercise regimen.

t easy and fun exercise is walking. Take walks in the early morning or evening when it’s quiet and cool and you are not only exercising but relaxing too. Invite a friend or your partner to come walk with you.
While exercising, if you begin to experience light headedness, dizziness, shortness of breath, heart palpitations and intense pain your back or pelvis, stop exercising and contact your doctor.
