I completely agree with your #1 statement. The other side of the coin is that waiting parents are waiting longer because adoption fees just aren't within their reach any longer. <br /> <br /> In regards to cloth diapers, you have to have access to somewhat private laundry facilities. S would have loved to do cloth with the children she parents, but she has to go to laundromats, and most of them don't allow diapers in their washers.
