		<description>This is a great post! I completely agree with your #1 statement. The other side of the coin is that waiting parents are waiting longer because adoption fees just aren&#039;t within their reach any longer.  &lt;br /&gt;

In regards to cloth diapers, you have to have access to somewhat private laundry facilities. S would have loved to do cloth with the children she parents, but she has to go to laundromats, and most of them don&#039;t allow diapers in their washers. I suppose you could hand wash most of them, but not all diapers are right for that.  </description>
