I totally agree with you. I don&#039;t think the whole system should be done away with. Just because I link to an article doesn&#039;t mean I agree with everything it says. I like to provide my readers with different points of view and then let them decide. (Which you did!)&lt;br /&gt;

If a system is half broken (the info isn&#039;t being disseminated properly to at-risk potential baby dumpers/harmers) that does not justify throwing out everything with the bathwater, so to speak. </description>
