But asserting that because SH laws are open to use by those involved in criminal activities or hiding pregnancies from partners they should be revoked is worse. If a system is half broken (the info isn’t being disseminated properly to at-risk potential baby dumpers/harmers) that does not justify throwing out everything with the bathwater, so to speak.
